Bottle Collection
Post-consumer PET bottles sourced from verified collection networks across the region.

Sorting
Manual and automated sorting separates PET from other plastics and contaminants.
Step 03
Label Removal
Labels, caps and adhesives are stripped away for a clean, uniform feedstock.
Step 04
Crushing
Bottles are crushed into consistent flakes, ready for deep cleaning.
Step 05
Hot Washing
A caustic hot wash eliminates glue, oils and organic residue from every flake.
Step 06
Drying
High-efficiency dryers bring moisture content down below 0.5%.
Step 07
Color Sorting
Optical sorters separate clear, blue and green streams with precision.
Step 08
Metal Detection
Ferrous and non-ferrous metals are detected and removed to protect purity.
Step 09
Packaging
Flakes are bagged, sealed and palletized — ready for dispatch worldwide.
